Bear Hug Thoracic Extension

Exercise Overview

This is a thoracic extension based mobility exercise. The bear hug arm position is used to uncouple movement from the scapulothoracic and glenohumeral joints (shoulder joints). Give yourself a hug and extend through the upper back. Be sure to move the low back as little as possible to isolate movement to the thoracic region.
