Cervical Disc Herniation and TOS Exercise - Radial Nerve Flossing
Exercise Overview
Radial nerve flossing is a gentle neurodynamic exercise used to restore normal nerve mobility in people with cervical disc irritation, thoracic outlet-related arm symptoms, or upper-limb neural tension. It is intended to reduce pain, tingling, and movement sensitivity by gliding the nerve rather than aggressively stretching it.
