Exercise Overview

Elevated Baby Cobra is a modified spinal extension exercise that gently promotes mobility through the thoracic and lumbar spine. It is commonly used to improve extension tolerance, open the chest, and reduce stiffness when a full prone cobra is not yet appropriate.
