Elevated Cobra
Exercise Overview
Elevated Cobra is a spinal extension stretch performed with the hands supported on a raised surface to reduce strain and control the depth of the movement. It is commonly used to improve extension mobility of the thoracic and lumbar spine and may help reduce stiffness associated with prolonged sitting or flexion-based postures.
