Exercise Overview

This is a thoracic spine mobility exercises that is used to dynamically stretch the muscles of the upper back, shoulder and scapula. Start by placing a foam roller next to you and place the opposite hand on it (under your torso) while in a kneeling position with hand support. Slowly glide your hand outwards while simultaneously leaning towards the ground and rotating the spine to follow suit. Reach as far as you can tolerate and return to starting position to complete a repetition.
