Lateral Line Hanging Stretch
Exercise Overview
The lateral line hanging stretch is a side-body stretch that lengthens the tissues running from the shoulder and rib cage through the trunk and lateral hip. It is commonly used to improve side-bending mobility, reduce perceived tightness along the flank, and support movement efficiency of the shoulder, thorax, and trunk.
