Progressive Toe Touches

Exercise Overview

PROGRESSIVE TOE TOUCH This is a hamstrings mobility exercise that will also stretch out the posterior chain. Start by bending over and pinching your toes. Maintain your grip and progressively extend the knees as far as you can tolerate. Hold the max position for up to 3-5 breaths and bend the knees to reduce the tension. Repeat as required or until full range is achieved.
