Seated Levator Scapulae Stretch

Exercise Overview

The seated levator scapulae stretch is a self assisted stretch for the neck. Start by placing one hand onto the back of your head with a slight bias towards the opposite side of your head. Use the other arm to grab the bottom of your seat to anchor the shoulder downwards. Gently pull your head towards the same side’s armpit without rotating through the shoulders or back.
