Seated Upper Trapezius Stretch

Exercise Overview

The seated upper trapezius stretch aims to stretch out the neck. Begin by placing a hand on the opposite side of your head. Use your other hand to grip onto the bottom of your seat. Pull your head gently towards the side while rotating the head so that you are looking in the opposite direction. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds or as needed for relief.
