Supine TFL Stretch - Tensor Fascia Latae Stretch
Exercise Overview
The supine TFL stretch is designed to lengthen the tensor fascia latae and other lateral hip soft tissues while minimizing compensation from the low back and pelvis. It is commonly used to improve hip mobility, reduce lateral hip tightness, and support rehabilitation involving the iliotibial band and hip mechanics.
