Swiss Ball Push Up

Exercise Overview

SWISS BALL PUSH UP | STABILITY BALL PUSHUP This an exercise progression of the conventional PUSH UP. Start by putting your hands on Swiss ball or stability ball. Support the lower half of your body with balls of your toes. Hold a neutral spine and slowly lower the body. Generally your hands should be at your nipple line at the bottom of the movement. Push up while keeping the core braced.
