Wall Thoracic Extension

Exercise Overview

The wall thoracic extension exercise is used to increase thoracic extension flexibility and to mobilize their joints. Start by standing at arms distance from the wall. Support your upper body by anchoring your hand on the wall. Extend the spine by pulling your chest forwards and down. Hold this stretch for 2 minutes once at maximum extension. Return to a neutral position by standing back up. Repeat as needed.
